“We provide dependable maintenance solutions that help property owners focus on their operations while we focus on the property.”

Company Overview

Skidworks Services and Land Management LLC provides dependable land management and property maintenance solutions for commercial, government, and private property clients. Our work is centered on the ongoing maintenance of existing property assets, including vegetation control, access routes, firebreaks, drainage areas, and unpaved surfaces.

Our operating philosophy is built around consistent stewardship, proactive maintenance, accountable service, and direct communication. We approach each property as a long-term responsibility rather than a one-time task, with the goal of helping clients maintain safe access, dependable operations, and orderly grounds throughout the year.

Our Approach

Consistent Stewardship
Scheduled attention to property conditions before small issues become larger operational problems.
Proactive Maintenance
Planned vegetation, road, drainage, and access work based on property needs and seasonal conditions.
Accountable Service
Clear scope, dependable scheduling, direct communication, and responsibility for meeting contractual requirements.
Honest Communication
Straightforward reporting about progress, conditions, equipment, staffing, and additional work requirements.

Maintenance Programs and Contract Services

Maintenance programs may be structured on a monthly, quarterly, seasonal, or annual basis according to property size, operating requirements, terrain, vegetation conditions, and expected service levels. Contract scopes are designed to reduce recurring service gaps and give clients one accountable point of contact for ongoing property needs.

Base contract work may include recurring vegetation management, fire-road attention, general access maintenance, and scheduled property upkeep. Work caused by major storms, unusual site damage, substantial material requirements, or conditions outside the agreed scope is handled through a separate approved work order.

Equipment and Fleet Strategy

Our equipment plan is based on scalable fleet deployment to meet contractual requirements. Equipment and staffing levels are matched to the property, production schedule, terrain, and service obligations. When a larger deployment is necessary, additional machines and operators can be added to maintain progress and meet agreed performance targets.

Equipment may include skid steers and task-specific attachments for brush clearance, mulching, power raking, landscape raking, soil reconditioning, grading support, material handling, and property restoration. Larger road or earthwork equipment may be coordinated when the approved scope requires it.

Pricing Philosophy

Pricing is developed according to the actual requirements of the property rather than a one-size-fits-all schedule. Key factors include acreage, terrain, vegetation density, access limitations, service frequency, equipment needs, staffing, materials, transportation, and the overall scope of responsibility. This approach allows each proposal to reflect the conditions and performance expectations of the specific property.

Commitment to Growth and Reinvestment

Our growth strategy is tied directly to client service. Revenue is reinvested into equipment, personnel, communication systems, and operating capacity so that the company can provide dependable service as contractual needs expand. The objective is not growth for its own sake, but the development of a capable and permanent fleet that supports long-term property stewardship.
